Associate Creative Director

JOB DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE: As the Associate Creative Creator, you play an integral role in the conceptualization, capturing, execution, and management of innovative & ambitious content for distribution across our team’s social and digital platforms and internal facing projects. As a talented director with a passion for storytelling, you work closely with the Creative Director to work with high-profile talent at live events to create content that reaches our audience to create a memorable experience.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Directing and capturing video content.

  • Have a seat & voice at the table in developing and directing creative digital campaigns around shows.

  • Develop original content for media outlets.

  • Film in, and with diverse environments and clients of various backgrounds (music, corporate, sacred).

  • Collaborate with Creative Director in the conceptualization and development of content for clients.

  • Write clear, concise and inspiring creative briefs which deliver on the brand identity then execute through production and post-production

  • Produce on-site live programming for Periscope, Instagram Live and Facebook Live.

  • Have a continual awareness of current trends unique to each media platform to drive innovation and ensure creative concepts are pushing boundaries.

  • Develop, create, review, and delegate all graphic design projects. 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure and pay close attention to detail while staying focused on the big picture.

  • Assist in the hiring of creative team including freelance editors and designers.

  • Work closely with the Creative Director on filming and editing of all video projects.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in film, preferred.

  • Must have prior experience & knowledge in music/entertainment industry

  • 3 years of experience in videography, editing, and tour coverage

  • Must have experience filming in and working with diverse environments and clients of various backgrounds (music, corporate, sacred)

  • Well versed experience in directing a video shoot

  • An enthusiastic Google Suite user

  • Premiere Pro - Expert

  • After Effects - Expert

  • Cinema 4D - Expert

  • Photoshop– advanced to expert understanding 

  • Lightroom & Spark – basic to intermediate understanding

  • Has a good knowledge of Adobe products, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Lightroom

  • A demonstrated, innate understanding of social media content and platforms

COMPUTER SKILLS: Must have knowledge of Internet software; Email; Apple Operating Systems; Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Instagram, Facebook, and general social media experience. Possess the ability to learn any other software deemed necessary for the job.
