OPERATIONS/WAREHOUSE MANAGER

To be the lead professional and management for developing the growth of the operational branch at LabeLive. To oversee the quality and efficiency of operations. To be the liaison between the front office and operations (Operations include the warehouse staff, crew, equipment, warehouse space, and execution of logistics). To lead, develop, and manage warehouse staff through performance feedback and support in professional development goals.

    Qualifications: AVL/Production/Gear, Systems, and Operations Manager Experience preferred. Experience leading and managing a team - coaching them to excellence. Innovation and Strategic Problem Solving abilities. Safety Management. Great Judgment and Teamwork. Valid Driver's License, Clean Driving History, and able to Obtain USDOT Medical Card.

    *THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION*

     

    HEAD OF VIDEO DEPARTMENT

    Prepares, maintains, and repairs video and LED equipment. Assists in developing and maintaining warehouse systems and processes. Please note any travel required would be for job related tasks only. 

    Qualifications: Expert of Video and LED gear. Troubleshooting Video and LED is a must. Soldering skills - proficient skill as well as able to teach others how to solder. Tour/Road Experience Preferred. Valid Driver's License, Clean Driving History, and able to Obtain USDOT Medical Card.. Motivated to work efficiently and with excellence and quality for all tasks whether it is work done individually or with the team. Teamwork. Passion for the job.

    *THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION*

     

    SHOP TECHNICIAN

    Oversees general shop maintenance & tasks such as shipping & receiving, painting truss, driving box truck for pick-up/deliveries; Assists each department (Audio, Video/LED, & Lighting) in prepping/de-prepping, maintain, and repair equipment. Assists in developing and maintaining warehouse systems and processes. Please note this is a non-touring job and will require normal Monday-Friday office hours. Any travel required would be for job related tasks only.

    Qualifications: Soldering Skills. Valid Driver's License and clear driving history. Motivation to work efficiently and independently.  Seeks out additional opportunities to serve the team when finished with tasks.
