People Operations Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE: The first point of contact for many employees, as our People Operations Coordinator, you will have exceptional communication skills, organizational ability and enjoy solving problems and building relationships across the Company. Through your hard work in recruitment, onboarding, and retention, you will help ensure that we have an exceptional, diverse culture. You will help us cultivate a team that is committed to making a positive experience and impact on our team and the customers we serve. Additionally, you will assist the CPO in all HR Functions including but not limited to: employee training and development, employee engagement and retention, performance management, compliance, compensation and benefits.
Be a co-champion and representative of the company's culture, mission, vision and core-values.
Actively recruit and manage the hiring process for all assigned roles.
Work in tandem with supervisors to initiate hiring pods and strategize through the ideal candidate and the process of actively recruit, screen/hire, negotiate job offers, and ensure successful on-boarding.
Be the lead initiator of “wow”ing new employees through our onboarding program - staying innovative in the program’s logistics to ensure we’re staying cutting edge.
Administer and explain personality profile testing for employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Initiate employee engagement events, surveys, etc that help foster our culture & create a positive work environment.
Work in tandem with the CPO to provide employee relations guidance to staff (disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement plans, etc.)
Maintain people data across HR systems, I.e. HRIS system, onboarding, recruiting, etc.
Stay on top of HR related legislation and requirements, proactively tracking what’s changing locally and federally to ensure org compliance; maintaining professional knowledge, seeking to continually improve oneself professionally as well as the company.
Create and continually update all LabeLive documents including but not limited to, job descriptions, compliance documents, handbook, etc.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge.

Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Social Psychology, or Marketing preferred.
1-3 experience in Human Resources Management/Administration preferred.
Experience in recruiting or staffing preferred.
Certification in SHRM (SCP) or PCP Preferred; or willingness to gain certification, should it be necessary.
High Level of Risk Management skills.
Proven experience in customer service and “wowing” clients/guests.
Exceptional skills in organization, efficiency, logistics, scheduling and coordinating skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, and Google Drive Suites, and Mac-based programs
Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, good judgment, teamwork, and commitment to company mission.
Teamwork minded, and passion for the job.
